How to Fix a Failed Download

Check the video status
Deleted or private videos cannot be downloaded. Confirm the video still plays normally on CZK first.

Once a video is deleted from CZK, we cannot recover it. Popular VODs are sometimes proactively archived before deletion, so a download may still be possible if it was cached in time.
