How to Fix a Failed Download

Check, in order: is the URL correct, has the video been deleted, and is it age-restricted content. Most failures come down to one of these three.

Once a video is deleted from CZK, we cannot recover it. Popular VODs are sometimes proactively archived before deletion, so a download may still be possible if it was cached in time.

We use parallel HLS segment downloading which is generally fast, but speed can vary with your network conditions or server load.
